    This notice explains how Fanarion Real Estate & Investments ("Fanarion", "we") processes personal data submitted through fanarioninvestments.com, in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    What we collect

    • Data you enter in the contact form: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp number, the asset type you are interested in, budget and your message.
    • Messages you send us by e-mail or WhatsApp.
    • Technical data needed to deliver the website securely (such as IP address), processed by our hosting and security provider.

    Why we process it

    • To answer your request and present suitable investment opportunities (steps prior to a contract, legitimate interest).
    • To contact you by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp — only with the consent you give in the form.
    • To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

    Who receives it

    Your data is not sold. It is processed by Fanarion's own team and by service providers that run our infrastructure: Cloudflare (website delivery and security) and Zoho (e-mail). Some of these providers may process data outside Türkiye; transfers are made under the safeguards required by KVKK and GDPR. The page also loads fonts, scripts and the office map from Google and public content networks, which receive your IP address when you visit.

    How long we keep it

    We keep your enquiry for as long as it is needed to respond and follow up, and delete it when you ask us to or withdraw your consent, unless the law requires us to keep it.

    Your rights

    Under Article 11 of KVKK and the GDPR you may ask whether your data is processed, request a copy, correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw your consent at any time and complain to the supervisory authority (in Türkiye: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu). Write to [email protected].
